As part of my ongoing mission to preserve the stories of Australia’s veterans, I maintain a growing database of over 900 veterans from the Great War and World War II. This is not a simple government database—it includes my own detailed notes, research findings, family connections and potential leads for deeper discovery.
Here’s how the FREE Veteran’s Name Check works:
- Submit the Name: Enter the full name of your WWI or WWII Australian veteran (Service Number is helpful, but optional).
- I Personally Check: I will run the name against my list of over 900 researched veterans and reports in progress.
- Receive Your Summary: Within 48 hours, I will email you the search result as a PDF report.
If your ancestor is in my database, you will be the first to know when their full research report becomes available for sale, or you may find that I’ve already uncovered a key piece of information you were missing. The PDF includes my personal research including birth and death date (where found), the research stage, known postings and a basic family tree (if known)
This service is strictly limited to Australian veterans from WWI and WWII.
